Propnext is an authorised channel partner for various real estate developers in India. We market and refer prospective buyers to projects developed and owned by third-party developers. Propnext is not the developer, owner, seller or builder of any project featured on this website.

2. No offer or contract

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation to offer, or contract for sale of any property. All prices, plans, specifications and availability are indicative and subject to change at the sole discretion of the respective developer. Actual booking is governed exclusively by the agreement executed with the developer.

3. RERA

Every project referred by Propnext is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. RERA registration numbers, project brochures and disclosures are provided upon request and are available on the respective state RERA portal.

4. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and images on this website are the property of Propnext or the respective developers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

Propnext shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your reliance on information published on this site. Buyers are advised to independently verify all information before making any purchase decision.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
